Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be some discrepancies, we do everything we can to make each product to the highest quality. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (we can exchange products or send replacements).
